Despite our reliance on volunteer labor and donated items, many operating expenses are incurred in the production of a tournament. Some of the more significant of these include:

• Supplies for Competition Tables / Kits
• Catering and T-Shirts for Volunteers
• Custodial Services at the Venue
• Medals and Awards for Participants
• AV Equipment
• Supporting disadvantaged teams

We require donations of money and services in order to compensate for these expenses.
